Wrapping-gown again

Just another view.

Pattern from Janet Arnold's "Patterns of Fashion". Worn over yellow silk stays and petticoat, and underneath that, pocket-hoops. Shift in very fine cotton batiste.

It's not complete. The petticoat needs hemming, and, unforunately, the stays are too large. The gown in itself will be trimmed with the same fur as the sleeves around the front opening and the hem.
